From this Monday our classes have started for the 3rd sem. And we are late by the academic calendar in this session. 3 rd sem is very important because every student will study their elective subjects onwards. You can say the first step has taken to enter in a particular field. Some of the students have thoughts in their mind that from 11 Nov there is semester exam so what will happen to study? How it will happen? What about the course etc. these kind of stuff are really troubling students. But from the experience of the last 2 sem I should say.. passing university exams are the 2 day job, if you have really heard (i intentionally used the verb hear instead of listen) the some lectures in the class room.
Exams come 2nd in 3rd sem. 1st is off course Placement. Will good companies come to college?
How will be the pattern of selection? Will some selection take place between the exams?
How we should prepare ourselves for placement? etc.
These questions are haunting students. But personally I think Placement is personal in nature. It will you who decide whether to sit in the particular company's placement or not. Don't appear in any company's campus interview for the sack of appearing. Don't choose your career by default and don't come with the attitude "baad me dekhenge yaar". Campus recruitment is about where u find yourself among 180 students in the institution. If you missed the bus you will be in great trouble because then you will have face competition from thousands of job seekers. Campus interview demands soft skill rather academic excellence. I am very sure that if one can speak in any topic flawlessly for minimum 10 min, will be selected. You will not believe but off course this will be the one of the top most criteria for selection.
Package will be anything between 1.2 to 3.00 lakh per annum take home salary, because of the regional, institutional and recruiters factor. but definitely there will be 1 or 2 surprising packages too. Be sure that suprise package is for you only. Lots of exercises for placements are waiting for you people in coming months. Keep your eyes open and be restless.

sarahniya parayas hai,main bahut bahut badhai deta hun soni ji ko,ki bina class ke andar gaye unhe itni jankari hai college ke bare me aur to aur wo chinta bhi karte hai student ke bare me. bahut bahut hardik badhaiyan....
